The TempoRun help center is being written right now. Over the coming weeks it will cover getting started, building and adjusting your plan, connecting Strava, fuelling, race week, and account and billing questions.
Until then, here's the short version.
What TempoRun is
TempoRun is an AI coach for endurance athletes across four sports — run, swim, bike, and triathlon.
You tell it your goal and the week you can realistically train. It builds a plan, then keeps rebuilding it around what actually happened: the session you missed, the extra one you added, the week you came back flat. Each session gets a short coach note, fuelling and recovery guidance follows your training load, and race week comes with taper and pacing already worked out.
Your sessions sync from Strava — including anything that reaches Strava from a Garmin or an Apple Watch — so you're not logging runs by hand. And anything the app doesn't answer, you can ask Tempo directly in chat, with your full training history in context.
Where TempoRun is right now
TempoRun is in open beta. Anyone can sign up, there's no invite code, and it's free for as long as the beta runs — no card and no trial clock. Prices will be published on the pricing page before anything changes.
