TempoRun is now in open beta

v0.1.0New Feature@Denis PovarovAugust 30th, 2026

The first public build of TempoRun is out. Open beta — sign up, no invite code needed, and it's free for as long as the beta runs.

What's in this build

  • Adaptive weekly plan — tell Tempo your goal and the week you can realistically train, and the plan rebuilds itself around what actually happened.

  • Daily session — a workout for today, picked from your recent load and how you're feeling, not from a fixed calendar.

  • Coach notes — a short, honest read on every session and what it changes for the days ahead.

  • Fuelling and recovery — guidance that follows your training load through the week.

  • Ask Tempo — one chat for anything, with your training history in context.

  • Race-week taper — pacing and taper handled for the last seven days.

  • Strava sync — your sessions land on their own; Garmin and Apple Watch come through Strava.

  • Run, swim, bike and triathlon — four sports balanced on one calendar.

Pricing during the beta

There are no prices yet. Everything above is part of the beta, for as long as it runs — no card, no trial clock, nothing that starts charging on its own. When that changes, prices go up on the pricing page first and beta athletes hear about it before anyone else. Your plan and your history stay yours either way.

What's next

The help center is still being written and will fill out over the coming weeks. Everything else lands here as it ships.
